Instructions
Shortly after each round begins, water will come out of the
pipe. Pieces of pipe appear in the queue at the bottom of the
screen. Extend the pipe by tapping where you want the next piece to be
placed. If the pipe you build is at least ten segments long, you will
proceed to the next level.
You can score points by building clever pipes. Sending water through a
cross in both directions scores 6 points, and sending it through a tee
(where you don't know which way the water'll go!) scores 20
points. Use tunnels to jump to the other side of the screen, and
buffer pipes (the ones with a dot in the middle) to slow the water
down. Filling 5 crosses on one level is worth 75 points, and using
every space on the board scores an additional 500 points. While you're
building the pipe don't replace too many pieces, because doing so
slows you down and costs a point each time. However, it's better to do
that than to leave unused pieces at the end of a round, because those
cost 2 points each.
Finally, if you're done with a level and want to speed up the water,
hit the up button. The down button pauses and resumes the game.
